Shipping

Orders are prepared within 2-5 business days, and tracking details are sent by email when the order leaves the warehouse. Delivery timing depends on the product, carrier, and destination.

Returns

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and complete with all original parts, tags, and accessories.

To start a return, contact luotao312@qq.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item received, damaged in transit, or defective product).

Exchanges

Would you like a different variant or replacement item? Contact support within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund or an exchange of equal value.

Exchange shipping costs follow the same rule as returns: we cover shipping when the exchange is due to our error; otherwise the customer is responsible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and affected item. We will review the issue and provide the next steps. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping and will offer a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
